
Car Rental Policy
- The daily rental rate includes coverage for accidental damage, third-party incidents, or theft, with a standard excess of $2,500.
- Any damage to the exterior or interior of the vehicle, regardless of cause, is the responsibility of the renter.
- Renters are responsible for paying any tolls, fines, or penalties incurred during the rental period.
- Fuel must be returned at the same level as when the vehicle was picked up. Additional charges will apply if fuel levels are lower upon return.
- In the event of a collision where the renter is at fault, the standard excess of $2,500 applies.
- Additional excess charges based on driver's age and experience:
- Drivers under 21 years old: Additional excess of $1,500
- Drivers aged 21 to 25 and/or with less than 12 months of driving experience in Australia (for the required class of licence): Additional excess of $1,200
- Drivers over 25 with less than 12 months of driving experience in Australia: Additional excess of $1,000
- The vehicle must be returned in a clean and undamaged condition. Cleaning or repair fees may apply if the vehicle is excessively dirty or damaged.
