The daily rental rate includes coverage for accidental damage, third-party incidents, or theft, with a standard excess of $2,500.
Any damage to the exterior or interior of the vehicle, regardless of cause, is the responsibility of the renter.
Renters are responsible for paying any tolls, fines, or penalties incurred during the rental period.
Fuel must be returned at the same level as when the vehicle was picked up. Additional charges will apply if fuel levels are lower upon return.
In the event of a collision where the renter is at fault, the standard excess of $2,500 applies.
The vehicle must be returned in a clean and undamaged condition. Cleaning or repair fees may apply if the vehicle is excessively dirty or damaged.
Additional excess charges based on driver’s age and experience:
Drivers under 21 years old: Additional excess of $1,500
Drivers aged 21 to 25 and/or with less than 12 months of driving experience in Australia (for the required class of license): Additional excess of $1,200
Drivers over 25 with less than 12 months of driving experience in Australia: Additional excess of $1,000
